Hello!  My name is Mrs. Jahnke.  I am one of the two resource room teachers at Lee Elementary.  This is my 14th year working with TK schools and my 11th year at Lee.  It's absolutely the best place to be!  I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in special education and an endorsement in emotional impairments.  Right after graduating, I completed my master's degree program in early childhood special education.  I love working with small groups of students throughout my day and helping each one of them reach their greatest potential.   

 

Personally, I live in Middleville with my husband, Bryan, and our three amazing children.  We are excited to complete our family with the arrival of our fourth child this spring.  Honestly, hobbies have been put on the back burner for now and life consists of just trying to keep up with the pace of our household.  Our oldest son is three and a half and our twins are almost 2.  As a family, we love spending time outdoors or snuggled on the couch watching movies.  Life is busy, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
